Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

How to Request a Return Email us at support@softearthbaby.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different size. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
