At SoftEarthBaby, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you and your little one to love every piece you receive.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with all tags attached
• In original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
