4. Where do you ship from?

We ship internationally to the United States and other countries. All orders are carefully packed and quality-checked before dispatch.

5. How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery to the United States typically takes 7–14 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow it every step of the way.

8. How should I wash the products?

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Do not bleach. Tumble dry on low heat or lay flat to dry. Iron on low heat if needed. Our organic cotton gets even softer with every wash.

9. What sizes do you offer?

Our products are available from newborn (0–3 months) up to 4T, depending on the item. Each product page includes a detailed size guide to help you find the perfect fit.
